Bob is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Chartered Arbitrator with a broad range of experience at a senior level in engineering and construction companies. Having spent the last fifteen years as a consultant, Bob acts in an advisory capacity to clients in the energy sector, including oil and gas, petrochemical, shipbuilding and power generation. Bob often acts as an Expert Witness and has recently completed an appointment as quantum expert in the largest arbitration in UK maritime industry.
Glyn is a Chartered Engineer, Arbitrator and Expert Witness with diverse experience gained in the engineering and construction industry in the management and supervision of major international oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation and infrastructure projects. He has significant expertise in dispute resolution and claims management, commercial management / contract administration, project controls, estimating and proposals.He holds degrees in engineering and law including an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration. He is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and is appointed to the Secondary Panel of Arbitrators.
Ian is a Member of the Association of Cost Engineers who has extensive experience in the Construction Industry with over 30 years across Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Nuclear, Oil and Gas, Coal, Utilities, Transport and Property Sectors advising and supporting Clients from inception to completion on all contract styles and forms of engagement whilst providing Project Management, Project Controls, Cost management, Contract Administration, supply change management, contracts and dispute resolution advice as required.
Mark is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Chartered Arbitrator with over twenty five years' construction and engineering experience, now specialising in commercial and contract advisory, claims management, expert witness and dispute resolution services. He has a wide breadth and depth of domestic and international project experience within many sectors of construction and engineering industries including power, water, civil infrastructure, oil & gas, property and shipbuilding with contract values up to US$1bn. He has given expert evidence on cases with amounts in dispute of up to US$100m. He is an RICS, ICE, CIArb, RIBA, AICA and CIC panel adjudicator, a CIArb, CIETAC (China) and LCIA panel arbitrator, and ICE panel dispute resolution board member. At the time of admission he was the youngest Fellow of the CIArb in the world.
Ping is a legally qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 15 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry. She specialises in the provision of contractual advice and claims preparation and has worked on commercial, residential, petrochemical, industrial, railway, shipbuilding and process and power plant projects. She was called to the English Bar in 1991 and admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1993.
